Does Anybody know any relevant cases and legislation for this scenario?

A farmer offers to leave some of his farm machinery If a prospective buyer buys the farm. The prospective buyer agrees and signs the contract on the condition that the farmer leaves the machinery.

The Buyer later finds out that the farmer has not left any machinery.

I think the legislation would involve the Sales of Goods Act 1893 for the non-delivery of goods, however im not sure.|||I think its called Stealing money
